Return and exchange Policy
Our Policy lasts 14 days from the date of receiving your package. If the 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and a proof of purchase must be present.
Additional non-returnable items:
– Shipping cost if the return is for personal reasons and not due to a defective product. in case of a defective product, a full refund will be issued.

Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, and since our payment method currently is cash on delivery, you will be asked by one the responsible team to provide us with a bank account number where the refunded amount will be deposited and you will receive the confirmation once it is done. If this is not applicable, you will have to inform our representative to offer you an alternative method. This process may take up to one week.
Late or missing refunds
If you still have not received the refund despite receiving the confirmation, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return process
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
Currently, the returned item can be mailed to us only through one of our assigned courier services.
After the return process is approved, we will send the courier company to collect the product from your address during their working hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
